United Methodist Men (UMM)

The United Methodist Men at Ware’s Chapel provide fellowship, service, and spiritual growth for men of all ages. Their gatherings offer a chance to share a meal, build meaningful connections, and work together on projects that support both the church and the wider community.

What to Expect with the UMM:

  • Monthly Breakfast Meetings:
The group meets on the first Sunday of each month at 8:00 AM in the Fellowship Hall. Breakfast is followed by conversation, planning, and opportunities to learn together.

  • Guest Speakers & Relevant Discussion:
Meetings often include invited speakers or focused discussions on topics that matter to the church and community, offering insight, inspiration, and lively engagement.

  • Hands-On Mission Projects:
Members work side by side on service efforts such as Bed Building, Salvation Army bell ringing, and other outreach projects that support neighbors in need.

  • Church-Wide Events:
The UMM also help cook and host special congregational gatherings — including our beloved Shrove Tuesday Pancake Supper — strengthening fellowship across the whole church.

  • Open Invitation:
All men are welcome, whether regularly attending or dropping in when schedules allow.
